We want you to feel confident in your Undress Code pieces; if your selection isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and include their original tags and hygienic liners.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form provided in your initial shipment.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
